According to a new survey from workspace provider Regus, 4 in 10 UK firms are using social networking to win new business, up from a third in 2010. The survey gathered responses from over 4,000 UK business owners and managers, also revealed that almost half are using social networks to communicate with existing customers. Celia Donne, regional director at Regus, made comment: “Business social networking has finally come into its own in the commercial world. More and more companies are leveraging the channel not only to increase the loyalty of existing customers, but as a successful acquisition tool.”
